Deliveries within the UK, N.Ireland, Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.
We aim to bind and despatch all custom rugs within 7 - 10 working days from the date of purchase. Please bear in mind there may be delays when ordering over weekends and national holidays when placing your order. If an order is needed for a definite date, please contact us prior to ordering, so we can advise beforehand.
In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered your order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
EU & Worldwide Deliveries
Gifts can be dispatched internationally, although local restrictions may apply. These are levied at the port of ingress on a 'consignment by consignment' basis and we cannot therefore predict if they will be charged and are unable to influence if and how these may be levied. You will be responsible for these charges as levied. We constantly monitor the customs policies of individual countries and reserve the right to decline any orders to countries if we have concerns relating to the safe delivery of your gift or countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.
